1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how PE "Klimenko Iurii" ("Controller", "we") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Assemblix platform (accessible at app.assmblx.com) for creating, managing, and deploying AI agents and workflows (the "Service").

2. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following data necessary to provide the Service:

  • Account Data: Email address, display name, and authentication credentials.
  • Agent and Workflow Data: Agent configurations, workflow definitions, prompts, and project settings you create on the platform.
  • Execution Logs: Agent responses, tool call records, session history, and workflow execution results.
  • API Keys: Third-party AI provider keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) you connect, stored in encrypted form.
  • Payment Data: Transaction history, subscription plan details, and credit balance. Full payment card details are processed by our third-party payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Logs, session duration, feature usage, and technical interaction data.

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To provide the AI agent platform, including workflow execution, agent deployment, and API access.
  • To manage your account, credits, and subscription.
  • To identify your account and provide technical support.
  • To improve platform features, performance, and Service quality.
  • To send service notifications, usage alerts, and marketing updates (you may opt-out).

4. DATA RETENTION AND STORAGE

4.1.Workflow and Agent Data: We store your agent configurations, workflows, prompts, and project settings for as long as your account remains active. You can delete any workflow or agent at any time through the platform interface.

4.2.Execution Logs and Session Data: Execution logs, including agent responses, tool calls, and session history, are stored to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your logs at any time by contacting our support team.

4.3.API Keys: Your API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are encrypted and stored securely. We do not have access to your keys' plain text values and never use them for purposes other than executing your workflows.

4.4.User Account Data: We retain account-related information (email, payment transaction history) for as long as you use the Service or until you request account deletion. Upon deletion request, all personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data only if required by law or to trusted third-party service providers (such as hosting, infrastructure, or payment processing providers) who assist in operating the Service and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data;
  • Request deletion of your data ("Right to be forgotten");
  • Withdraw your consent at any time;
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
